Authors whose abstracts have been accepted must meet the deadlines and follow the guidelines.
The Scientific Committee may request revisions to the articles. In such cases, authors have ten business days from the date of the email to review and resubmit their work.
Authors must be registered and properly enrolled within the specific deadline.
Submissions
Each participant may submit a maximum of one presentation proposal.
1.1 Abstract Submission
Abstract submissions must be completed by March 5, 2025.
Proposals should be submitted as Doc or Docx files.
1.1.2 Proposals guidelines
The abstract (in the same language of the oral presentation) should be between 350 and 450 words and must include:
• Title: max. 20 words;
• Keywords: five words;
• Study objectives;
• Research methods/ methodology (if applicable);
• Results/reflection/ discussion;
• Conclusions/ perspectives.
1.2 Article submission
Articles from accepted abstracts for presentation will be published in an eBook.
The final submitted article must be complete and follow the provided template and be between four to five pages long.
All authors must sign the copyright form.
Oral presentation
Authors will be given ten minutes for the presentation, followed by five minutes for discussion.
The oral presentation should include supporting material to share during the session.
